UNEATLANTICO’s SAFD promotes badminton during a practical session together with the Cantabrian Federation

The Sports Service (SAFD) of the Universidad Europea del Atlántico (European University of the Atlantic, UNEATLANTICO), organized a new edition of the "Discover + Sport" project, which is responsible for promoting little known sports. On this occasion, an educational and practical badminton session was held, which was organized with the Cantabria Badminton Federation (Federación Cántabra de Bádminton, FECBA).

The Universidad Europea del Atlántico (European University of the Atlantic, UNEATLANTICO) and the Cantabria Pickleball Association have signed an agreement to collaborate in the promotion and encouragement of pickleball among the students at the university. The signing of the agreement took place in the boardroom of UNEATLANTICO, in the presence of the rector of the University, Rubén Calderón; the head of the International Service of Agreements and Sports Agreements (Servicio Internacional de Convenios y Acuerdos Deportivos, SICAD), Josep Alemany; and the president of the Association, Pedro Gutiérrez Gómez.

The Degree in Business Administration (ADE) of the Universidad Europea del Atlántico (European University of the Atlantic, UNEATLANTICO), directed by the Vice Rector for Academic Planning and Faculty, Dr. Silvia Aparicio Obregón, periodically shares with her students enriching training activities from different economic institutions: CEOE, APD, Chamber of Commerce, Cemide, College of Economists, among others. In this way, students can acquire competencies and learning outcomes, such as communicating adequately in different scenarios, analyzing, and searching for information on business administration, skills in personal interrelationships, exercising criticism and self-criticism, learning autonomously, leadership, or concern for environmental issues.
