The Universidad Europea del Atlántico (European Atlantic University) has taken a new step in its commitment to academic excellence by joining the Asociación Española de Universidades con Titulaciones de Información y Comunicación (Spanish Association of Universities with Information and Communication Degrees, ATIC) as a full member. This announcement coincides with the university's presence at the recent V Jornadas de Formación y Empleo de ATIC (5th ATIC Training and Job Fairs), focused on artificial intelligence and employment, which took place at the University of Zaragoza.

Students in the fourth year of the degrees in Journalism and Audiovisual Communication of the Universidad Europea del Atlántico (European University of the Atlantic, UNEATLANTICO) visited the facilities of El Diario Montañés. The aim was to learn more about the daily work in the editorial office of the dean of the press in Cantabria.
