UNEATLANTICO joins the Asociación Española de Universidades with Degrees in Information and Communication and highlights the participation of Ana Visiers in the “V Jornadas de Formación y Empleo”

The Universidad Europea del Atlántico (European Atlantic University) has taken a new step in its commitment to academic excellence by joining the Asociación Española de Universidades con Titulaciones de Información y Comunicación (Spanish Association of Universities with Information and Communication Degrees, ATIC) as a full member. This announcement coincides with the university’s presence at the recent V Jornadas de Formación y Empleo de ATIC (5th ATIC Training and Job Fairs), focused on artificial intelligence and employment, which took place at the University of Zaragoza.

Present at this meeting was Dr. Ana Visiers, Academic Director of the Degree in Audiovisual Communication, Degree in Journalism, and Degree in Advertising and Public Relations, who has been appointed as representative of the Universidad Europea del Atlántico in ATIC. Dr. Visiers, who actively participated in the conference, expressed her enthusiasm for implementing the new ideas discussed during the event in the classroom, focusing on crucial issues such as efficiency and agility in processes, as well as originality, sources, and ethics in the use of artificial intelligence applications.

On the other hand, the director of the Communication degrees thanked the speakers, the board of directors of ATIC, and the hosts of the University of Zaragoza for the successful organization of the conference. The inclusion of UNEATLANTICO in ATIC reinforces the institution’s commitment to the continuous improvement of communication studies and the establishment of collaborative links with other universities that share this field of knowledge.

ATIC, a non-profit civil association founded in Madrid in 2011, has as its main objective to improve and connect the training, profession, and scientific domain in the field of communication. Its activities include the promotion of cooperation and exchange of ideas and experiences among communication faculties, both nationally and internationally.

The Universidad Europea del Atlántico celebrates this new milestone in its academic trajectory, strengthening its commitment to educational quality and collaboration in the field of communication.
