Dr. Carlos Lago Fuentes, academic director of the degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences (CAFYD) at the European University of the Atlantic (UNEATLANTICO), participated in the Teacher Training Plan organized by the Technical Unit of Educational Quality of the Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and Universities of the Government of Cantabria, with his talk on the ESPADE Program, entitled: "The management of educational programs with young athletes".

The European University of the Atlantic (UNEATLANTICO), in collaboration with the Ibero-American University Foundation (FUNIBER), the Illustrious Official College of Psychology of Cantabria, the Padre Menni Hospital Center and the Association Tolerance 0 to Bullying, organize the second day for the Prevention of School Bullying and Cyberbullying to raise awareness about this problem that affects millions of children and young people around the world.

Representing the European University of the Atlantic (UNEATLANTICO), Juan Luis Vidal, professor and director of the International Relations Office (ORI), together with female students of the university have attended the "Young Europe Dialogue", organized by the Parliament of Cantabria. "Young Europe Dialogue" is part of one of the local dialogues supported by the European Committee of the Regions in its aim to bring Europe and European affairs closer to the territories and which also has the collaboration of the Directorate General of European Funds of the Government of Cantabria. Being a way to make known the concerns of young people regarding the situation in Europe.

The professor of the degree in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences (CAFYD) of the European University of the Atlantic (UNEATLANTICO), Adrian Rodriguez, stands out in his participation in the Skeleton World Championship 2024 held in several cities around the world. The World Cup consists of eight races, each of them in a different city. The last race of the tour took place in Lake Placid, New York, where Adrian managed to position himself as number 29 in the world.
