More than a hundred students of the Degree in Primary Education and the Master's Degree in Teacher Training of Compulsory Secondary Education and Baccalaureate, Vocational Training and Language Teaching of the European University of the Atlantic (UNEATLANTICO), accompanied by several of their teachers, attended last October 22 in the auditorium of the university to the presentation of a digital platform which aims to support the educational community in its transition process to the teaching profession.

During this event, the positive effects of active methodologies, physical exercise and a balanced diet on cognitive and academic performance will be discussed.

The European University of the Atlantic (UNEATLANTICO) was visited by Dr. Thomas Seppelfricke, professor of industrial psychology at the German Hochschule Fresenius University of Applied Sciences, who gave two lectures for students of the degrees in Psychology (PSI), Primary Education (EP) and Business Administration and Management (ADE).

Last Friday, November 24, students from the Primary Education (EP), as well as Sport and Exercise Science (CAFYD), and Psychology (PSI), with a major in Education, attended a day focused on the organization of school trips at the Centro Cívico Tabacalera (Tabacalera Civic Center). The group was accompanied by UNEATLANTICO professors, Samuel Allende and Josep Alemany, academic director of the Degree in Primary Education and the University Master in Teacher Training for Compulsory Secondary and Bachelor's Education, Vocational Training and Language Teaching.
Primary Education students take a field trip highlighting the importance of green spaces
A group of students in the third and fourth years of the degree program in Primary Education taught by the Universidad Europea del Atlántico (European University of the Atlantic, UNEATLANTICO) carried out a field trip to the Parque de Las Llamas in Santander. This is within the framework of the subject "Teaching and Learning Outdoor, Social, and Cultural Knowledge" taught by María Viota.
