The European University of the Atlantic (UNEATLANTICO) is organizing the fifth edition of the Pan-American Pre-University Debate League, which will take place from April 15 to May 3 and in which seventy-two teams from fifteen Latin American countries will participate. Schools from Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Dominican Republic and Venezuela will be represented.

The Liga de Debate (Debate League) has become one of the most emblematic activities within the Universidad Europea del Atlántico (European University of the Atlantic, UNEATLANTICO). In operation since 2017, this year marks its seventh edition in which students will debate around the following question: "Does the use of artificial intelligence in academia, as a tool, benefit student development?"
