UNEATLANTICO allies with the Cantabrian Raquel García in a new challenge to become a pioneer worldwide

Quelccaya Challenge. This is the name of the challenge that the Cantabrian Raquel García will face during the month of May. To achieve this, the Universidad Europea del Atlántico (European University of the Atlantic) has signed a collaboration agreement with the athlete and supports her in her attempt to become the first woman on the planet to complete the longest glacier in the entire tropical zone of the world, in the Ausangate mountain range in Peru.

The Program of Doctorate in Physical Activity and Sports: Risks and Benefits of the Universidad Europea del Atlántico (European University of the Atlantic, UNEATLANTICO) has been approved by the National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation (ANECA) and officially published in the Official State Gazette (BOE). This doctorate is the first in the Autonomous Community linked to physical activity and sports and is oriented to research in this area of knowledge.
