CAFYD students at UNEATLANTICO explore sports centres in Santander as part of their training programme
Students enrolled in the Bachelor's Degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences (CAFYD) at the Universidad Europea del Atlantico (European University of the Atlantic, UNEATLANTICO) went on an educational field trip to learn about the city's sports centres. On this occasion, third-year students had the opportunity to visit Ability Room and Training Lab as part of their course on ‘New Trends in Fitness and Wellness’ taught by Adrián Rodríguez, a lecturer in the Faculty of Health Sciences.
UNEATLANTICO joins in the celebration of Africa Day
On 25 May, the Universidad Europea del Atlántico (European University of the Atlantic, UNEATLANTICO) joins in the commemoration of Africa Day, a historic date that marks the formation of the Organisation of African Unity (OAU) in 1963, now known as the African Union (AU). This day not only celebrates the cultural diversity and heritage of the African continent, but also reflects its ongoing struggle for self-determination, unity and sustainable development.
