Students from the Faculties of Health Sciences and the Polytechnic School attend CIFP La Granja
Students of the European University of the Atlantic (UNEATLANTICO) of the degrees in Human Nutrition and Dietetics (NHD), Food Science and Technology (CTA), Agricultural and Food Industries (IIAA), and Gastronomy (CG), together with an Erasmus exchange group from France, made an educational outing to the Integrated Vocational Training Center (CIFP) La Granja, located in Heras.
Students of the IIAA and CTA degrees carry out visits to companies in the sector as part of the course “Packaging and Shelf Life of Commercial Foods”.
As part of the subject “Packaging and Shelf Life of Commercial Food”, students of the degrees in Agricultural Industries Engineering (IIAA) and Food Science and Technology (CTA) of the European University of the Atlantic (UNEATLANTICO) made a series of visits to various food and packaging factories.

As part of the course on Agri-Food Industries Facilities, as a practical class, Emilio Casuso, director of the degree in Agricultural and Food Industries Engineering (IIAA) offered by the Universidad Europea del Atlántico (European University of the Atlantic, UNEATLANTICO), took his students of Agri-Food Engineering and Industrial Organization Engineering (IOI) to a feed mill, whose construction was designed and managed by Casuso.
