UNEATLANTICO hosts again the HIV Awareness Day of ACCAS
The European University of the Atlantic (UNEATLANTICO) once again hosts the HIV Awareness Day on behalf of the Cantabrian Citizens' Association Against AIDS (ACCAS) with the aim of raising awareness among its students about the importance of getting tested, the impact of HIV and AIDS on health. The awareness day offered UNEATLANTICO students an information table with explanatory brochures and preventive material. In addition, for interested students, they had the opportunity to take a free and confidential HIV rapid test.
Gastronomy students visit Café Dromedario to learn about the preparation of coffee
Students of the Gastronomy degree at the European University of the Atlantic (UNEATLANTICO) participated in an interactive session where they had the opportunity to learn about coffee preparation techniques from José Rodríguez, sales manager of Café Dromedario.

Florent Osmani, UNEATLANTICO teacher, makes two Erasmus stays in Belgium and the Netherlands
Florent Osmani, a lecturer at the European University of the Atlantic (UNEATLANTICO), has completed two different Erasmus stays as a teacher and assistant in Belgium and the Netherlands. In addition, during his stay in the Netherlands he was accompanied by two students of the degree in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences (CAFYD).
Primary School students visit the Provincial Historical Archive of Cantabria and the Central Library of Cantabria
The second year students of the degree in Primary Education (EP) offered by the European University of the Atlantic (UNEATLANTICO) visit the facilities of the Provincial Historical Archive of Cantabria and the Central Library of Cantabria, as part of the training activities carried out in the degree.
Students of the IIAA and CTA degrees carry out visits to companies in the sector as part of the course “Packaging and Shelf Life of Commercial Foods”.
As part of the subject “Packaging and Shelf Life of Commercial Food”, students of the degrees in Agricultural Industries Engineering (IIAA) and Food Science and Technology (CTA) of the European University of the Atlantic (UNEATLANTICO) made a series of visits to various food and packaging factories.
