UNEATLANTICO hosts the first follow-up meeting of the DIVERSE Alliance university project

The European University of the Atlantic is part of the project along with 12 other universities in Europe. The European University of the Atlantic (UNEATLANTICO) hosted the first meeting of the members of the DIVERSE Alliance on May 14 and 15. Representatives of the 12 institutions participating in the project had the opportunity to get to know our facilities and their potential, and to coordinate the next actions to be carried out by the group. In addition to the establishment of an initial governance structure for the consortium, the first working groups were created, which will be focused on the creation of joint programs, inter-institutional communication, research, and the international mobility of the entire university community.

The Association of Journalists of Cantabria (APC) visited the European University of the Atlantic (UNEATLANTICO) with the aim of making itself known among the students of the degrees in Audiovisual Communication (CA) and Journalism (PER). Last Tuesday, the Assembly Hall of the European University of the Atlantic (UNEATLANTICO) was the setting for the presentation of the book “The Naked Salamander” by the writer and teacher of UNEATLANTICO, Yves Diaz de Villegas. The event, which attracted a large number of students, academics from the degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) and the degrees in Audiovisual Communication (CA), Journalism (PER) and Advertising and Public Relations (PRP) and literature enthusiasts, began by exploring the negotiation processes in China, Japan and Vietnam, key themes that the author explores in his work.
