UNEATLANTICO Celebrates Erasmus Days with Activities Designed to Promote International Mobility

The International Relations Office (ORI) at the Universidad Europea del Atlántico (European University of the Atlantic, UNEATLANTICO) has organized several activities to mark Erasmus Days, an international initiative that aims to raise awareness of the mobility opportunities and experiences offered by the Erasmus+ program.

Among the activities organized by the ORI, students were part of the creation of a mural in which they shared the destinations they would like to visit through Erasmus. In addition, the office has launched a quiz on general knowledge related to the countries participating in the program. Students who answered correctly were entered into a drawing for university merchandise.

The winners of the drawing were announced this Friday, October 16th. The prizes—a sweatshirt, a mug, and a notepad—can be picked up at the of International Relations Office, located on the ground floor of the university.

Erasmus Days are held from October 12th to 17th and are a six-day international celebration dedicated to the European Erasmus+ program. During these events, schools, institutions, organizations, and participants from around the world organize activities to share experiences, present projects, and raise awareness of the opportunities offered by the program.

In 2026, this initiative will celebrate its tenth edition under the theme “Learning and growing: skills for tomorrow”, which focuses on learning and developing skills for the future.

These activities are also part of the information and outreach initiatives promoting international mobility implemented by UNEATLANTICO’s ORI. In this context, an informational session on the Erasmus program will be held next Tuesday, October 20th. The session will take place in Auditorium 2 and will be held in two sessions, at 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., so that students can learn the details of the call for applications and have their questions about participating in the program answered.
