The European University of the Atlantic starts today the enrollment period for the 2018-2019 academic year. As to ease the process and to avoid that students wait unnecessarily, it will be possible for future students to enroll for several days, depending on the studies they are to take and, lastly, on their last names.
Today, students who have completed the pre-enrollment as well as the place payment are called to enroll to the Degree in Psychology. But not all of them. Only those whose last name’s initial is within A and G.
On Tuesday, those who are pre-enrolled to Psychology and whose last names’ initial is within “H” and “Q” will be able to enroll, and on Wednesday, those whose last names’ initial is within “R” and “Z”.
That same day, enrollment is open for students from the Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and Food Science and Technology, and Thursday, June 28, Monday, July 2 and Tuesday, July 3, it will be so for the students from the Degree in Sport and Exercise Science. With this last group, the enrollment of all the degrees from the Faculty in Health Sciences is completed.
Students from Journalism, Advertising and Public Relations, Audiovisual Communication and Business Administration and Management will be able to enroll on Wednesday 4th and Thursday 5th of July, and those who are taking the first year of Translation and Interpretation, Applied Languages, and Primary Education (Bilingual) will be able to do so between July 6 and 9.
Lastly, Tuesday 10 will be the enrollment day for students who have pre-enrolled and made the place payment to study Industrial Organization Engineering, Computer Engineering and Food and Agricultural Engineering.
The academic secretariat’s schedule for customer service in June is from 9:00am to 14:00pm and from 16:00pm to 18:00pm, Monday to Thursday. In July, it is from 9:00am to 17:00pm, Monday to Thursday, and from 9:00am to 15:00pm on Fridays.
This is the case for new students. However, regarding re-enrollment for those who have passed all the subjects of the first and second year is scheduled to be between July 11-30 and the deadline for students who still have to sit for the extraordinary exams will be open from July 31 to September 4.
Those new students who are taking the exams to access to the university (EBAU) in September will not be able to enroll to the university until they hold the document proving they have passed the exams.
