The Universidad Europea del Atlántico (European University of the Atlantic, UNEATLANTICO) held on its campus the traditional University Day with a series of sports, gastronomic activities and competitions. There was also a food fair where you could enjoy international food stands.
The UNEATLANTICO university community met on the university campus, where both students, faculty and all administrative staff celebrated through a variety of activities.
The food fair was held throughout the day, with food stands from different countries including; Spain, Bolivia, Honduras, Brazil, Panama, Chile, Peru, El Salvador, Guatemala, Dominican Republic and Ecuador. Each of the stands was organized by students from the corresponding countries and was carried out with the aim of promoting cultural exchange through gastronomy.
Stand competitions and gastronomic tasting were held. In the stand contest, the winners were El Salvador, Dominican Republic and Spain; while in the tasting contest, first places went to Dominican Republic, Ecuador and Chile.
In addition, sports activities such as Pickleball, a mus tournament, a trimaraton and even a soccer table were set up on campus. Finally, a freestyle rap contest was held and subsequently featured the performance of a musical group.
