The agreement has also opened the door to the exchange of specialists in areas of common interest, promoting mutual enrichment and diversification of perspectives on key issues for both institutions. The collaboration extends to postgraduate studies, scholarships, and courses, as well as the planning and execution of visit programs.

It has established the possibility of creating and organizing various training activities, such as seminars, courses, conferences, lectures, congresses, conferences, and workshops, with the aim of promoting continuous learning and the exchange of ideas among students, professionals, and academics.

In addition, the agreement addresses collaboration in the creation and organization of curricula and programs, continuing education, and professional development. The joint implementation of cooperation projects in areas of common interest is also foreseen, and advice and cooperation will be provided in terms of methodology and new information and applied research technologies.

The scope of collaboration extends to the field of publishing, with the possibility of jointly producing texts, monographs, and other publications within the objectives and legal frameworks established in intellectual property matters.
