UNEATLANTICO students attend the event: “A call to young talent to change the world… and the company”

Students of the Business Administration and Management degree (ADE) of the European University of the Atlantic (UNEATLANTICO), accompanied by Dr. Silvia Aparicio, Vice Rector of Academic Planning and Faculty, had the opportunity to participate in the event “A Call to Young Talent to Change the World… and the Company” at the Palace of Exhibitions and Congresses of Santander and within the framework of the Talent Tour of the Princess of Girona Foundation.

Organized by APD and the Princess of Girona Foundation, this meeting brought together prominent business leaders and experts in various areas to share their experiences and knowledge with the next generation of professionals.

The event was opened by Ms. Gema Igual, Mayoress of Santander City Council, Ms. Gema Guzman, Director of Talent Programs of the Princess of Girona Foundation and Mr. Manuel Huerta, Vice President of APD Cantabria and CEO of Oxital.

Some of the conferences were: “What is happening in the world? We need to know” given by Mr. José Manuel Velasco, Executive Communication Coach and member of the executive committee of Global Alliance for public relations and communication management, ‘The impact of the arts on personal and professional development in the 21st century’ by Ms. Fátima Sánchez, Executive Director of the Botín Center and ‘How will the leaders of the future be’, given by Mr. Juan Carlos Cubeiro, expert in management, leadership and talent transformation.

UNEATLANTICO students had the opportunity to attend keynote lectures on leadership in the 21st century, the impact of the arts on personal and professional development, as well as interactive sessions on innovation, entrepreneurship and talent development,

In addition, they were able to interact with leading executives, establish key contacts in the business world and explore opportunities for their professional future.

This unique experience not only provided them with new perspectives and knowledge, but also inspired them to be innovative and visionary leaders capable of facing the challenges of today’s world.
