Marcela Rodríguez Jiménez, graduate student of the degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics (NHD) from the Universidad Europea del Atlantico (European University of the Atlantic, UNEATLANTICO ) publishes her Graduation Paper as an article in the prestigious journal Nutrients (Q1).
Rodríguez began his studies in a hybrid way at UNINI Mexico and later, through the agreement between both institutions, he finished his career in a face-to-face manner at UNEATLANTICO. The student highlights her visit to the institution: My experience at UNEATLANTICO was simply wonderful. I really enjoyed the classes: the teachers were excellent and demanding, as it should be. Despite the normal stress of the academic environment, my desire to continue learning never diminished».
«As for the opportunity that the university offered me to publish my TFG in the form of an article, it has been one of the most gratifying experiences of my academic life» underlines Rodríguez, who extends a special thanks to Iñaki Elío, Academic Director of the Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics (NHD), who urged her to submit her paper to Nutrients magazine.
«Getting out of the comfort zone was essential to achieve this goal. Therefore, I consider that this achievement is shared with all the people who supported me: those who pushed me to try, those who resolved my doubts and those who investigated with me how to meet each of the improvements required for the manuscript.
