The Universidad Europea del Atlántico (European University of the Atlantic, UNEATLANTICO), together with the Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana de México (International Iberoamerican university, UNINI Mexico), and the Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana (International Iberoamerican University, UNIB), participates in the awarding ceremony of university degrees to students who have completed their graduate studies online. The ceremony was organized in collaboration with the International Iberoamerican Foundation (FUNIBER) in Costa Rica.
The ceremony took place at the residence of the Spanish Ambassador, Eva Martínez Sánchez, in San José, Costa Rica. The event was presided over by the Spanish diplomat and Dr. Roberto Ruíz, Vice Rector of UNEATLANTICO, accompanied by the Executive Director of FUNIBER in the country, Lady Herrera.
The degrees cover various areas of knowledge and refer to the following programs. Specialties: Graphology and Calligraphic Expertise, Health Research, Applied Health Gerontology, Phytotherapy, Aromatherapy, and Nutrition. Expert: Food Allergies and Intolerances, Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology, Phytotherapy, Environmental Education, Diabetes Education for Health Professionals, and Occupational Safety. Master: Master in Nutrition, Physical Activity, and Sports, Master in Climate Change, International Master in Political Science, Master in Strategic Management, Master in Psychological Intervention in Development and Education, Master in Industrial Engineering, Master in Project Design, Management, and Administration, Master in Education, Master in Business Administration, Master in Environmental Management and Audit. Doctorate: Doctorate in Projects and Doctorate in Law, Economics, and Business.
During the ceremony, the embassy and university authorities thanked all those present. Eva Martínez expressed her gratitude for the trust placed in FUNIBER and highlighted the perseverance of each student. She also emphasized the benefits of opting for a distance learning postgraduate program, recognizing the novelty of this modality in Costa Rica.
For his part, the Vice Rector of UNEATLANTICO addressed the new professionals to extend his sincere congratulations and recognize that they “represent the tangible result of hard work, challenges overcome, and goals achieved”. He praised their dedication and unwavering passion for knowledge, reminding them that education is a continuous process and that they have the opportunity to continue to grow and contribute to transforming society.
With this event, UNEATLANTICO pays tribute to the scholarship students for their excellent performance during this stage of academic training and reiterates its commitment to access to quality higher education.
