UNEATLANTICO holds a graduation ceremony at its headquarters in Honduras

The Universidad Europea del Atlántico (European University of the Atlantic, UNEATLANTICO) held a graduation ceremony at its headquarters in Honduras, recognising the effort and dedication of 104 students who completed their academic programmes at institutions belonging to the International University Network: European University of the Atlantic (UNEATLANTICO), the International Ibero-American University of Mexico (UNINI Mexico) and the International Ibero-American University (UNIB).

The event took place in the event hall of the Honduran Bar Association and brought together graduates, family members, academic authorities and teachers for a day full of celebrations. The main table was presided over by FUNIBER’s International Director, Dr. Marta Escolá Oliveras, accompanied by Gabriela Quijano, Executive Director for the Honduras headquarters, and Belky Brizuela, Academic Secretariat Coordinator for the same headquarters.

During the ceremony, the members of the main table congratulated the graduates on achieving this important academic achievement, highlighting the relevance of continuous training as a key tool for facing the challenges of a globalised world.

On this occasion, 67 degrees were awarded by UNEATLANTICO, 20 by UNIB, 10 by UNINI Mexico, 6 double degrees by UNEATLANTICO and UNIB, and 1 double degree by UNEATLANTICO and UNINI Mexico. Among the academic programmes highlighted are the Master’s Degree in Criminalistics, the Master’s Degree in Education, the Master’s Degree in Strategic Management, the Master’s Degree in Environmental Management and Auditing, and the Doctorate in Education with a specialisation in Research, among others.

On behalf of the graduates, Erik Orlando Díaz, a graduate of the Master’s Degree in Strategic Management from the European University of the Atlantic, gave a speech of thanks, highlighting the positive impact that this training will have on his professional and personal development.

With this ceremony, UNEATLANTICO

reaffirms its commitment to training highly qualified professionals in Honduras and in the more than 35 countries where it is present. Through its Scholarship Programme, the Foundation continues to facilitate access to higher education programmes, contributing to the academic and professional development of thousands of students around the world.
