UNEATLANTICO awards diplomas to the best academic records of the seventh class

The European University of the Atlantic (UNEATLANTICO) has awarded diplomas to the students who obtained the best academic results in the 2023-2024 promotion. The award ceremony took place during the opening ceremony of the new academic year, held in the university’s Assembly Hall.

For the degree in Audiovisual Communication (CA), the Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Federico Fernández Díez, awarded the prize for best record to Marco Díez Acebo. After successfully completing his undergraduate studies, Marco says that he is currently doing a master’s degree in secondary school teacher training and that his goal is to be able to teach different subjects related to the audiovisual area in educational centers.
On the other hand, the director of the degree in Communication, Ana Visiers, presented Laura Chiva Cedrún with the diploma for the best record in the degree in Advertising and Public Relations (PRP). After completing her degree, Laura will continue her training to obtain a double degree in Journalism, and is currently doing an internship at the EFE agency.
Visiers also presented Thaís Campón García with the diploma for the best record in the Journalism degree (PER). Thaís, in addition to journalism, is doing a double degree in Advertising and Public Relations at UNEATLANTICO, which she will finish in Florence at Unicollege SSML through the Erasmus program. He is also doing an internship at the advertising agency Marketing Prisma MIG.

For his degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), student Mario Villoria Zamanillo received his diploma from the Vice-Rector for Academic Planning, Silvia Aparicio. Villoria currently works for Norte Hispana Seguros and continued his education with a master’s degree in Marketing Management.
For her part, the academic director of the degree in Translation and Interpreting (TI), Paula Quijano, presented the award to Esther Garzón López, who combines her studies with a double degree in Primary Education at UNEATLANTICO and a master’s degree in Teacher Training at the International University of Valencia.
For its part, the Faculty of Health Sciences and Sport awarded prizes to outstanding students who, thanks to their dedication, obtained the best performance diploma in their course:
Florent Osmani, academic coordinator of the degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences (CAFYD), presented the corresponding certificate to Cristina Estefania Corral. Similarly, for the degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics (NHD), the academic director, Iñaki Elio, presented the diploma for the best transcript to Marina Sáinz Ruiz.

For the degree in Psychology (PSI), student Anjana Allende Fernández received the certificate for best transcript from the director of the degree, Juan Luis Martin, who in turn presented this award to the student of the Master’s Degree in General Health Psychology, María Alonso García.
Likewise, the Polytechnic School recognized the dedication of its students by handing out the diplomas for the best records in each of its degrees:
Manuel Masías, director of the degree in Computer Engineering (II), presented the diploma to Manuel Abdiel Ortega Puyol. After completing his degree studies, Manuel Abdiel Ortega Puyol says he is currently working at Viavox Interactive as a Data Science and AI Development Specialist. Likewise, Manuel Sanchez Morlote was awarded the best student in the Industrial Organization Engineering (IOI) degree. The award was presented by the degree director, Jorge Crespo.
Finally, in the area of Education and Humanities, Josep Alemany, director of the Master’s Degree in Teacher Training for Compulsory Secondary Education and Baccalaureate, Vocational Training and Language Teaching, presented the award to Ana Instance Pérez, a graduate of the university.
