The Universidad Europea del Atlántico (European University of the Atlantic, UNEATLANTICO) celebrated the academic success of Honduran students who successfully completed their graduate programs through the scholarship fund of the Iberoamerican University Foundation (FUNIBER).
The event was attended by students from the Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana (International Iberoamerican University, UNIB) and the Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana de México (International Iberoamerican University of Mexico, UNINI Mexico), both of which are part of the university network in which UNEATLANTICO participates. The ceremony was attended by the 58 graduates, their families, and representatives of UNEATLANTICO and FUNIBER.
The table of honor was presided over by Gabriela Lisbet Quijano, Executive Director of FUNIBER Honduras and Belky Brizuela, Coordinator of the Academic Secretariat. On this occasion, Dr. Roberto Ruiz, Vice-Rector of International Relations of UNEATLANTICO, was present.
During the event, the opportunity was taken to address a few words to the graduates, highlighting the significant effort and perseverance they demonstrated to reach this important milestone in their lives. Special recognition was also given to the work of those professors who accompanied and guided the students throughout their academic process.
The new professionals were represented by Francis Siboney López Contreras, Master’s Degree in Linguistics Applied to the Teaching of English as a Foreign Language, and Ericka Patricia Arias Guevara, Master’s Degree in Personal Coaching and Organizational Leadership, both graduated from UNEATLANTICO. They expressed their gratitude, emotion, and pride at having completed an important stage in their lives and assured that this achievement will open new opportunities for their professional growth.
