The members of the International Relations Office (ORI) of the European University of the Atlantic (UNEATLANTICO) welcome approximately 60 international students from different countries who are part of the Erasmus + mobility program.
The meeting started with the gratitude of Juan Luis Vidal, director of the ORI, to the Erasmus mobility students present for choosing and trusting UNEATLANTICO for this educational experience. Vidal also took the opportunity to provide a series of practical tips and recommendations in order to facilitate their integration into this university community and in turn in Santander. He also highlighted the multiculturalism of the institution.
Next, Laura Martín, administrative manager of the ORI and a point of reference for all international students, stressed that they could count on her in case of any adversity. Especially with regard to problems with paperwork, schedules, classes, etc. In addition, together with Leticia Diaz, a member of the ORI, they were in charge of guiding the students during the visit to the University Campus facilities.
Finally, the managers of the Santander team of the Erasmus Student Network (ESN) announced the extensive program of activities that will be developed during the months in which international students are on the campus of UNEATLANTICO. This plan includes excursions to the main points of interest, cultural and gastronomic outings, sports competitions and various recreational activities.
