The students of the European University of the Atlantic (UNEATLANTICO) have exercised their right to vote in the ballot boxes set up for the election of delegates and sub-delegates of the 15 official degrees offered at the institution.
This electoral process, which is held annually, is aligned with the provisions of Royal Decree 1791/2010, of December 30, which regulates the Statute of the University Student, and is carried out in accordance with the Rules of Organization and Operation of UNEATLANTICO.
All students of the university can vote and give their opinion on actions that change their university life. This is essential, because these elected leaders will share meaningful messages from their peers with the institution’s major decision makers.
After the election of the delegates of each class, the faculty delegates will be chosen, and finally the voting of the University representatives will take place. Once this process is completed, the Secretary General of UNEATLANTICO and Vice Rector of International Relations, Roberto Ruiz, will show the results to the leaders of the center, who will then share them with everyone. The election of leaders is crucial to create a more involved and dedicated student body.
