Laura Martín and Leticia Díaz, representatives of the International Relations Office (ORI) of the Universidad Europea del Atlántico (European University of the Atlantic, UNEATLANTICO), made an institutional visit to Istanbul, Turkey, from May 26 to 30, with the aim of strengthening strategic alliances within the framework of the Erasmus+ program.
During their visit, they visited three prominent universities with which UNEATLANTICO maintains active collaboration: Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakıf University, Ticaret University (affiliated with the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce), and Nişantaşı University.
During these meetings, the UNEATLANTICO representatives gained firsthand experience with the host institutions’ facilities, exchanged experiences with academic authorities, and explored new mobility initiatives for students, faculty, and administrative staff. Among the topics discussed were possible faculty exchanges, research stays, and joint programs.
This visit consolidates UNEATLANTICO’s commitment to internationally renowned higher education, based on academic cooperation, cultural enrichment, and the creation of strategic networks within the European Higher Education Area.
