The Universidad Europea del Atlántico (European Atlantic University, UNEATLANTICO) has signed a collaboration agreement with the Asociación de la Prensa Deportiva de Cantabria in order to strengthen practical training for students and promote links between the academic world and the professional sector of sports journalism in the region.
The agreement establishes a framework for cooperation that will allow joint activities aimed at promoting sport and specialized communication. Among the main lines of action is envisaged the conduct of academic internships for students, the organization of conferences, seminars, as well as the participation of professionals of the association in training initiatives promoted by the university.
Thanks to this partnership, students will be able to get in touch with active sports journalists, learn first-hand about how the media works and expand their professional network of contacts. The agreement will also promote the exchange of knowledge and experience between teachers and specialized communicators.
With this initiative, UNEATLANTICO continues to expand its network of strategic collaborations in Cantabria, consolidating its commitment to a practical and innovative training aligned with the demands of the labor market, for the benefit of academic and professional development of its university community.
