The Universidad Europea del Atlántico (European Atlantic University, UNEATLANTICO) will hold a new session of the «And Now What?» programme , in this will participate as a speaker Alberto Martínez Lebeña, who is currently Managing Director of Mutua Montañesa and served as Telecommunications Engineer and MBA by IESE Business School. The talk will be held next Friday, February 6 at 12:30 in the auditorium.
This lecture series entitled «What now?» , is coordinated by Francisco Zunzunegui, director of SITE UNEATLANTICO (International Talent and Employment Service). Both Zunzunegui and Alberto Martínez have a distinguished professional career in recognized Spanish companies that operate internationally and offer opportunities to specialists from various fields of study.
During the presentation, Alberto Martínez will address in detail issues such as access to the labour market in companies such as Mutua Montañesa, the importance of training and international experience in professional development, as well as the key skills and attitudes to be acquired during the university stage. It will also provide practical advice on how to prepare an effective curriculum, successfully face a job interview and make strategic career choices towards positions of responsibility and leadership within a Spanish company.
The programme «And now?» is carried out in cooperation with several entities: the Foundation for Innovation and Development (FIDBAN), the Society for Regional Development of Cantabria (SODERCAN), the University Enterprise Centre (CEMU) and the CEO-CEPYME Cantabria. The aim of these sessions is to put students in contact with outstanding professionals, offering them a direct and realistic view of the functioning of the business world, as well as practical guidelines, useful guidance and recommendations to improve their professional development and long-term job prospects.
