UNEATLANTICO organises the webinar ‘Doctoral project management’

The Universidad Europea del Atlántico (European University of the Atlantic, UNEATLANTICO) will organise a webinar in Spanish entitled ‘Doctoral Project Management’ on 26 February at 6 p.m. (Spain time), which will be given by Daybel Pañellas.

The event is being held in collaboration with the Ibero-American University Foundation (FUNIBER), the International Ibero-American University of Puerto Rico (UNIB), the International Ibero-American University of Mexico (UNINI Mexico), the International University Foundation of Colombia (UNINCOL), the International University of Cuanza (UNIC), and the University of La Romana (UNIROMANA).

The webinar aims to strengthen the planning, organisation and management skills of the doctoral process, promoting both academic quality and personal well-being. The speaker will draw on the experiences of doctoral students to encourage reflection and action. The session will address the phases of the doctorate, the development of realistic timelines, the relationship with the tutor, academic productivity and emotional balance.

Daybel Pañellas has a PhD in Psychological Sciences, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Communication Sciences. She has developed an outstanding academic and scientific career in national and international institutions. A specialist in Social and Group Psychology, she has researched topics related to social inequalities and identities, and has received multiple awards for her teaching and scientific work. She currently works with migrants in a non-governmental organisation and continues her academic activity through thesis supervision and the publication of scientific articles.
