The Universidad Europea del Atlantico (European University of the Atlantic, UNEATLANTICO), in collaboration with the Fundación Universitaria Iberoamericana (Iberoamerican University Foundation , FUNIBER) in Paraguay, held its first graduation ceremony of the year for graduates of various specializations and master’s programs. The event took place in the auditorium located in Tower 3 of the World Trade Center in Asunción.
The ceremony was led by scholarship manager José Silva and attended by the executive director of FUNIBER Paraguay and coordinator of UNEATLANTICO in that country, Raquel González Vargas, and the academic secretary, Aidé Macedo. Both were responsible for presenting the degrees to each of the graduates.
Degrees were awarded in various fields of study, including: Master’s Degree in Integrated Management: Prevention, Environment, and Quality; Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering; Master’s Degree in Education; Master’s Degree in Digital Transformation; Master’s Degree in Conflict Resolution and Mediation; and Master’s Degree in Project Design, Management, and Administration. Specializations include: Specialization in Health Research, Specialization in Nutrition and Dietetics Applied to Sports, Specialization in Integrated Water Management, and University Expert in Occupational Safety, among others.
The director gave an emotional message to the scholarship recipients, congratulating them for continuing their education and for the effort and dedication they showed throughout their academic programs. In addition, Rubén Calderón, rector of UNEATLANTICO, a Spanish university, sent his congratulations to the graduates via a virtual message, inviting them to continue their academic training.
With this graduation ceremony, UNEATLANTICO reaffirms its commitment to training highly qualified professionals in Paraguay and in the more than 35 countries where it operates. Through its Scholarship Program, the Foundation continues to facilitate access to higher education programs, contributing to the academic and professional development of thousands of students around the world.
