The European Atlantic University (UNEATLANTICO), together with the Iberoamerican University Foundation(FUNIBER) in Honduras, have signed a collaboration agreement with the Education and Family Association (AEF), with the aim of expanding academic training opportunities for the educational community.
The agreement was signed by Ms. Neysa Flores, executive director of AEF, and Ms. Gabriela Quijano, executive director of FUNIBER Honduras.
The agreement establishes an alliance between AEF and UNEATLANTICO with the objective of offering a number of scholarships to students in the last year of AEF who wish to continue their degree studies in person on the campus of Santander, Spain.
Also, as part of the agreement is also established a scholarship program for employees, teachers and parents of institutions that make up AEF, interested in pursuing master’s programs, specializations and doctorates with international degrees, through the international network of universities collaborating with FUNIBER.
The Education and Family Association (AEF) is a non-profit civil organization that, since 1986, has been working to contribute to the educational development of Honduras. It is made up of the educational centers Aldebarán Bilingual School, Antares Bilingual School and Los Arroyos Pre School. Its mission is focused on the creation, maintenance and strengthening of educational institutions and pedagogical, scientific and technical research projects aimed at responding to the needs of families and the progress of the country.
With this alliance, UNEATLANTICO and FUNIBER reaffirm their commitment to support access to quality training with international projection, contributing to the academic and professional growth of the Honduran community.
