The European University of the Atlantic (UNEATLANTICO), in collaboration with the Ibero-American University Foundation (FUNIBER), based in Costa Rica, have organized a diploma award ceremony for the country’s scholarship students.
The event took place in the auditorium of the Colegio de Periodistas de Costa Rica, in Sabana Este. Luis Eduardo Prado González, professor of the Faculty of Sciences and Humanities at the Universidad Europea del Atlántico (UNEATLANTICO), and Ms. Claribet Morera Brenes, FUNIBER’s executive director in Costa Rica, presided over the ceremony.
On this occasion, FUNIBER recognized students who successfully completed the specialization, expert, master’s and doctoral programs offered by UNEATLANTICO and the Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana de Puerto Rico (UNIB).

Ms. Claribet Morera expressed her pride for the choice of FUNIBER as educational facilitator. She emphasized that the degrees awarded open doors to the professional world and encouraged the graduates to pursue their goals with determination. For his part, Professor Luis Prado stressed that the success of the graduates is not only academic, but also a testament to their ability to adapt and persevere. He highlighted the valuable skills acquired for their professional future.
At the ceremony, degrees were awarded in a wide variety of academic programs. However, the Master in Business Administration and Management (MBA), the International Master in Auditing and Business Management, the Master in Nutrition, Physical Activity and Sports, and the Master in Strategic Management in Information Technology were particularly noteworthy for their relevance and significant impact on their respective professional fields.
