On the occasion of World Radio Day, students of the degrees in Journalism (PER) and Advertising and Public Relations (PRP) from the European University of the Atlantic (UNEATLANTICO) participate in the program of National Radio of Spain (RNE), interviewed by a graduate of the university, Alejandra Isla.
Alejandra Isla, journalist at Radio Nacional de España has traveled to the UNEATLANTICO radio studio to talk about the World Radio Day, celebrated on February 13, from the perspective of four students who have radio programs on UNEATLANTICO Radio. They are: Paula Díaz-Velarde, Maria Fernanda Pazmiño, Candela Bustillo and Álvaro Higuera.
Paula, a fourth-year student of Journalism, has spoken about the relaunching of UNEATLANTICO Radio, its management model and the programming it offers. In addition, he has highlighted the interviews they conduct and the production of a bimonthly newsletter.
For her part, Maria Fernanda, a second-year student in Advertising and Public Relations, has emphasized that she likes radio because it allows you to have a voice and make an impact, and has highlighted the importance of technical control.
Also, Álvaro, a fourth-year student of Journalism has spoken about his geopolitical podcast and has emphasized the importance of current events, highlighting the frenetic pace of radio.
In the same way, Candela, a first-year student of journalism, has shared her experience by developing a podcast together with her friends, in which they address everyday issues.
