The students of the Universidad Europea del Atlántico (European University of the Atlantic, UNEATLANTICO) have cast their votes in the ballot boxes set up to elect the delegates and sub-delegates of the 15 official degrees taught at the university.
In line with the provisions of Royal Decree 1791/2010, of December 30, which regulates the Statute of the University Student, and applying the Rules of Organization and Operation of UNEATLANTICO, all enrolled students have had the right to participate in elections as well as to be represented in student decision-making.
This event, which is presented annually, has great relevance since the students who represent their peers before the governing bodies of the university will have the power to raise the concerns and needs of the student body before the appropriate authorities.
After the election of the delegates of each class, the delegates of the faculty and, finally, the delegates of the university will be elected. Once this process has been completed, the Secretary General of the Universidad Europea del Atlántico, Roberto Ruiz, will send the results to the Rector’s Office and they will then be published.
