Students from the Universidad Europea del Atlántico (European University of the Atlantic, UNEATLANTICO) for a Degree in Psychology (PSI), Sofía Diez and Javier Gutierrez, accompanied by teacher Isabel Diego, visited the Castroverde Educational Centre in Santander to give workshops on improving study techniques and stress management before exams to first-year baccalaureate students at the Castroverde School.
This activity was promoted through the UNEATLANTICO Psychopedagogical Office, coordinated by Isabel Diego, who also coordinates the workshops for UNEATLANTICO students, also taught by Diez and Gutierrez, focused on providing tools to contribute to improving the academic performance of the university community.
In this regard, it should be noted that this activity was a great opportunity for UNEATLANTICO students, as they had the experience of working with and helping high school students first-hand.
For its part, UNEATLANTICO, through its Psychopedagogical Office, extends its gratitude to the Castroverde Educational Centre and especially to its guidance counsellor, Beatriz Martin, for their interest and the opportunity to share knowledge.
