On 24 September 2020, the Government Council of Cantabria approved the implementation of the “Doctorate School in the European University of the Atlantic.”
This is an academic and administrative body on which future doctoral programs will depend on, both from UNEATLANTICO and those taught jointly with other Spanish and/or foreign universities.
This means an expansion of the academic offers from the University, providing students with the possibility of carrying out doctoral studies and constituting a key element to encouraging research training in different areas.
Likewise, it is worth mentioning that last 8 October the Government Council approved the implementation of the “Postgraduate Center of the European University of the Atlantic” in the University System of Cantabria by means of a conformity agreement. Every official university Master’s courses, University-Specific Degrees, as well as the courses and programs from Continuing Education will depend on this Center.
