On the Chair of Innovation in the Food Industry
The Chair of Innovation in the Food Industry is part of the agreement between Banco Santander and UNEATLANTICO. The main objective is to focus on strengthening innovation and research projects related to different fields of the agri-food sector.
In addition, each year the Food Industry Innovation Chair is awarded to a company with the aim of recognising innovation in the food sector along its value chain, that is, in all those activities directly or indirectly related to the food. The first year was awarded to Böreal Artik and last year to Monper Chocolate.
