Inline with the various training activities carried out at The European University of the Atlantic (UNEATLANTICO), students in the degree of Primary Education (GEP) made a visit to the facilities of the Center for Resources, Interpretation and School Studies (CRIEME) located in Polanco, Cantabria. On this occasion, the students were accompanied by the teacher Samuel Allende, academic coordinator of the Primary Education degree at UNEATLANTICO.
The main objective of this activity was for the students to learn about the different stages that the CRIEME has gone through in the last centuries, experiencing the evolution of the classrooms from the late 1800s to the present day. These tours and educational activities are of vital importance for the academic development of the participating students, as they provide them with the historical and interactive knowledge necessary for their further development.
In addition, during the visit the students have had contact with various materials, books, spaces and games that have been used in the Resource, Interpretation and Study Center of the School and that provide them with a historical perspective of the changes that the school has undergone from its beginnings to become the school we know today.
UNEATLANTICO is always committed to the comprehensive and professional development of students, which is why it offers a degree in Primary Education, which has a curriculum that meets the demands of the education sector by preparing students with the knowledge and skills needed today.
