The Universidad Europea del Atlántico (European Atlantic University, UNEATLANTICO) was visited by the Director-General for Youth, Development Cooperation and Volunteering of the Government of Cantabria, Blanca Fernández González, with the aim of getting to know the facilities on campus and the educational work carried out by the university.

During the visit, the Director-General held a working meeting with the rector of UNEATLANTICO, Rubén Calderón, the secretary general, Jesús Peña, and the chief of staff, Laura Saiz. The meeting addressed different issues related to the academic model of the university, its commitment to quality training and its international projection.

The Rector presented to the Director-General the offer of degrees offered by the university as well as the learning model, which is characterised by a practical approach.
