Creative Advertising students have developed a campaign for the Cantabrian beer brand DOUGALL’S

The students of the Creative Advertising course, taught by Adriana del Val of the Universidad Europea del Atlántico (European University of the Atlantic, UNEATLANTICO) have successfully completed the presentation of their campaign proposals for the DouGall’s craft beer brand, at an event held in the university hall chaired by the founder of the company, Andrew Dougal.

During the day, seven finalist teams presented to the client their creative projects developed in the framework of an academic collaboration between UNEATLANTICO and DouGall’s, designed to bring the professional environment closer to the classroom and encourage creativity applied to real brands.

The winning campaign was presented by Aitana González and Anaís Santos, under the slogan: “Take care also what you drink that it is already time”. His proposal focused on the transparency of the brewing process and the positioning of DouGall’s as an authentic beer made in Cantabria. They also proposed a special logo called “Andrew Birra”, a character to connect with all kinds of audiences through humor.

In second place, the jury selected the proposal of Isabella Giraldo and Verónica Cañedo , whose campaign focuses on sentimental connections and the passage of time in Cantabria with the slogan: “Tastes like a life in the tierruca”. His work reflects how some things change over the years, while others, like friends, family and beer, remain forever.

The collaboration with Cervezas DouGall’s allows UNEATLANTICO students to apply their knowledge in a real environment, facing the challenges of a leading company in the regional sector and demonstrating the practical value of their training.
