The professor of the Universidad Europea del Atlántico (European University of the Atlantic, UNEATLANTICO), Ariadna Siri, was present, on behalf of the Real Racing Club Foundation, at the XVII Meeting of Foundations of Professional Football Clubs organised by the La Liga Foundation and the Villarreal CF Foundation.
This event, held at the Cerámica stadium in the city of Villarreal, brought together professionals from the sector to exchange experiences through round tables. The first dealt with issues related to the analysis of new developments and trends in the management of environmental, social and governance factors.
Likewise, the second round table focused on the different strategies to strengthen the social action of professional football foundations, with a special focus on youth work.
This round table included the participation of the teacher of UNEATLANTICO, and head of the area of integral development of the lower sections of Real Racing Club, Ariadna Siri, who presented the Racing vs bullying project. Artamy Rodríguez Plata, project manager of the CD Tenerife Foundation, who has developed the STEM project, and Laura Sabaté, project coordinator of the FC Barcelona Foundation, also took part, explaining the long history of their organisation in the field of bullying prevention.
For her part, Ariadna stressed that it was an experience she had dreamed of since she started studying and that having made it possible on such a big stage has been a very enriching experience.
