A delegation from Bohai University visits UNEATLANTICO to strengthen relations between both institutions

Representatives ofBohai University have visited the facilities of the European University of the Atlantic (UNEATLANTICO) with the aim of strengthening relations between the two institutions.


Bohai University, located in Jinzhou, Liaoning, China, and UNEATLANTICO, have recently strengthened their relations through the signing of a collaboration agreement. This agreement will allow students from Bohai University, after completing their studies, to have the opportunity to take a one-year Master’s degree at UNEATLANTICO.
The rector of Bohai University, Mr. Liu Yang, Chairman of the Party University Committee; Mr. Jing Fei, Dean of the School of Management, Ms. Zhang Junxiu, Director of International Cooperation and Exchange and Mr. Dong Chen, delegate of UNEATLANTICO headquarters in China, have been received at the university by the rector of UNEATLANTICO, Ruben Calderon; the Vice Rector of Academic Planning and Faculty, Silvia Aparicio; and the Secretary General, Roberto Ruiz.
The representatives of the University of Bohai received a guided tour of all the facilities of the university, as well as a tour of the facilities of the university residence UNEATLANTICO, which is located a few meters from the university campus. In this way, they have been able to know in person the places where their students will soon be living and learning.
In the same vein, it is worth noting that the ties between the two institutions have been strengthening over the past few months. Recently, the general secretary of the European University of the Atlantic, Roberto Ruiz and the director of the International Relations Office (ORI) of UNEATLANTICO, Juan Luis Vidal, traveled to China to establish collaboration agreements and again, strengthen relations between institutions.

Internationalization in UNEATLANTICO

The European University of the Atlantic attaches great importance to internationalization. With students coming from more than thirty nationalities, UNEATLANTICO seeks not only to teach about today’s culture and society, but also to bring it into the classroom. Thus, UNEATLANTICO not only provides an academic exchange, but also a multicultural exchange, further enriching the knowledge of its students.
