The current Olympic champion on high jump and professor of the degree in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences at the European University of the Atlantic, Ruth Beitia, has transmitted a message of encouragement and support to the university community through a video.
The teaching staff of UNEATLANTICO has shown great understanding, empathy, and support to the students of the different grades due to the exceptional situation that everyone is experiencing.
The Olympic champion wanted to convey her support through a motivational video where she states that “The work that for so long taught me how to achieve my success must also be demonstrated at home.”
It is time to show commitment, responsibility, and unity and overcome this situation that we are all now living in the best way possible by continuing forward and seeing how our objectives and goals are met.
“Together we are going to achieve this because we are in this together – says Beitia-. We began in the university together and we’ll finish together”.
The whole team at the European University of the Atlantic is doing a great job in adapting to this new situation. The commitment and effort of all will make this academic year come to a successful conclusion.
